Description
1 obi : silk ; 12.5 x 152 in.
Dark green, cream, brown and gold silk brocade obi featuring large crane, pine branches, chrysanthemum and cherry blossom design. Same pattern on both sides of obi.
History
Belonged to Haruno Tazawa. Brocade "maru obi" worn with formal kimono. Because of stiffness, it is called "atsuita" (stiff board).
