Description

Mounted on board, unframed.

An American flag flies from a flagpole in the center. To the right is a garden of giant sunflowers within a white picket fence. In the foreground is a sign that reads, "Block 29." To the left of the flagpole, a man in a yellow shirt works with some large cans or drums in front of the barracks in the background. A woman in a blue dress and white apron walks down a path on the left, carrying a yellow basket (?).
