Transcription:
11/21/1943/Dear Miss Breed,/It rained all day yesterday with 3 minutes of wet snow. It looks like the end. Rumor has it that there is only one more week left. As soon as the weather clears up, the freeze will set in. It snowed all around us on the mountains. It has yet to snow (dry variety) here. We are hoping to see a lot of snow before we leave. Especially those of us for whom this is our first experience in snow country./Sincerely,/Ted/P.S. Yaeko Hirasaki/P.O. Box 345/Preston, Idaho
