Eleanor Chambers, Deputy aide to Los Angeles Mayor Sam Yorty, presents a certificate of greeting on behalf of Yorty to Professor Shinjoro Noro, Faculty director of Tokyo's Aoyama Gakuin University Orchestra, in an office at Los Angeles City Hall, Los Angeles, California, March 4, 1969.
