Mr. Shunichi Matsumoto, president of the Japanese League for the Return of the Northern Territories, at a press conference to promote the return of the Russian held islands Etorofu, Kuriashiri,Shikotan, and Habomai to Japan in the Consul General of Japan's residence in Pasadena, California, April 18, 1970.
