Former yokozuna Maedayama (Kinmatsu Hagimori), actress Toshiko Yamaguchi, and promoter Shonan Kimura at Miyako Hotel in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, California, August 4, 1951. Includes Maedayama, large man dressed in shirt and pants with short hair; Yamaguchi in kimono, tabi and bobbed hair; another sumo wrestler in crane pattern yukata and tabi; and Kimura in light colored suit and necktie. They stand together and sit with other men in suit and a Caucasian woman with a film projector.
