Party for Consul General Shinsaku Hogen of Japan held at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, California, 1954. Includes group portraits with former Manzanar camp director Ralph Merritt and wife, Los Angeles Mayor Norris Poulson and wife, Judge Scott and performers in kimono.
