Two women, Miwako Yanamoto and Lily Otera, hold a poster promoting the Japanese American Citizens' League (JACL) 4th annual joint installation dance to be held at the Institute of Aeronautical Science (I.A.S.) auditorium in Los Angeles, California, January 16, 1955. Yanamoto, first local woman president, wears a suit and Otera, chair of the event, wears a skirt, blouse and a scarf tied at her neck. Photographs hang on wall behind women.
