Takeichi Goto was a former commander of the Japanese navy that fought in World War II; he earned a Masters in Science engineering (aeronautics). Toshi Kubota earned a Ph.d in Aeronautics and mathematics, "Study and flow around simple bodies at hypersonic speed." Haruo Oguro earned a Masters in Science in Engineering.
