Yasumichi Tobase, a priest of Kannonji temple in Kumamoto, Japan, in dark suit with a Buddhist apron over proper left shoulder stands in front of Rafu Shimpo office in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, California, September 5, 1950. "Rafu Shimpo, L.A. Japanese Daily News" on wall above man's head. Normally, the apron is worn directly in front, not thrown over shoulder.
