Mural depicts life in Santa Anita Assembly Center, including entrance to Santa Anita race park at center, horse stalls, women doing laundry, mascots Lil' Neebo in cap and Pancho in sombrero, boy in striped shirt raising hand, and a water truck. Mural is signed (illegible) at lower right. A woman in a short-sleeved shirtdress is seated on the sawhorse at bottom right. Image has irregular scalloped border.
