Craig Ishii

Executive Director, Kizuna

Craig Ishii is currently the Executive Director of Kizuna, whose mission is to build a critical mass of the next generation of community leaders. Working together with its board and staff, Kizuna has built a pipeline of programming, offering unique cultural, leadership, and community service programs for youth from elementary school through young adulthood. Kizuna currently works with more than 300 students per year. Prior to working at Kizuna, Mr. Ishii was the former Regional Director for the Pacific Southwest District Council of JACL from 2007 to 2011. As the youngest director to serve with the organization, he focused on building leadership and politicization amongst Japanese Americans.
