Marla J. Williams

Director-Writer/Producer, "Aleut Story"

Marla J. Williams is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and former daily journalist. In collaboration with the Aleutian Pribilof Heritage Group and Sprocket Heads, LLC, she directed, wrote, and produced Aleut Story, chronicling Aleut Americans’ World War II internment and decades-long fight for federal reparations. Williams resides in Seattle with her husband, Andy Ryan, and their dog Gus.
