Linda Tamura, Ed.D.

Linda Tamura is a Sansei who was raised on a farm in Hood River, Oregon. Ms. Tamura is professor of Education at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, retiring in June 2013. The author of Nisei Soldiers Break Their Silence: Coming Home to Hood River (2012) and The Hood River Issei (1993), she is also co-editor-in-chief of The Oregon Encyclopedia.
