This important presentation deals with the many challenges that Japanese American children faced during World War II. Panelists will share their childhood memories ranging from growing up behind barbed wire, to being forced to adjust to unfamiliar environments, and also what was experienced by those who were longtime residents of areas that did not require Japanese Americans to be removed.
