Registration Fee
Conference registration includes all exhibit openings and the documentary
premiere. The luncheon with keynote speaker, dinner with keynote speaker and
Jerome and Rohwer trip have separate cover charges.
Space is limited, so registrations will be taken in order received.

Event Bus Transportation (Optional) $12.00
The bus will provide transportation from downtown hotels listed on page 10.
It will pick you up at your hotel - the Hilton, Radisson, Holiday Inn,
Comfort Inn & Suites, or Peabody (Capital and DoubleTree guests meet at
The Peabody) and take you to exhibit openings, documentary premiere, and Saturday
conference.
It will then drop you at your hotel after the events. A bus schedule will be
sent in your registration confirmation. On Saturday, the bus will keep a regular
route between hotels and conference location.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
Refund request must be made in writing and mailed to: Jessica Hayes, Camp Connections,

Refund requests postmarked before September 1, 2004 will be fully refunded less
$15.00 per registrant for administrative fees. Refund requests postmarked or
faxed on or after September 1, 2004 will not be honored due to required catering
and production guarantees.
