TRAVEL AND HOTEL INFORMATION
Transportation
The Little Rock National Airport is located approximately fifteen minutes from
the downtown area. The airport is serviced by most major airlines (Delta, American
Airlines, Southwest, and Northwest). Hotel shuttle service to and from the airport
may be arranged by contacting your hotel, upon arrival at the Little Rock airport.
Event Bus Transportation
Sept. 23 - 25; $12 (pro-rating not available)
Scheduled bus pick-up and delivery from hotels listed to conference activity
locations (exhibit openings and Saturday conference). Guests staying at The
Peabody, Capital Hotel, and DoubleTree Hotel will be picked up at The Peabody.
Buses will be wheelchair accessible. A bus schedule will be provided with your
registration confirmation letter.
Hotel Information
The Peabody Hotel is the conference hotel. Conference room rates of $119/night
+ tax for a single or double are available. The conference rate applies for
the dates of 9/22 (arrival) through 9/28 (departure).
