| J-TOWN
RHAPSODY is an 8-screen video that takes the viewer on a musical
and cinematic journey through the changing and expanding essence
of Japanese America. Defying geographical boundaries, this
vibrant community of spirit resonates through a rich palette
of images ranging from historic home movies to digital video
effects. |

J-TOWN
RHAPSODY features a lyrical musical score by the internationally
renown jazz-fusion band "Hiroshima." Through their
innovative blend of Japanese, Western, Latin and African
sounds, the band paints a multi-dimensional sound portrait
of Japanese America as an integrap part of multi-cultural
America.
