About the Project
Project Overview | Partners & Sponsors | Project Blog
The Enduring Communities project is a collaborative effort not only with our five anchor partners, but also with educators, business and civic leaders, and community organizations from each of the project’s five states—Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. Through its initial research phase to the 2008 National Conference and the development of new curricula, the National Museum is working closely with its project partners to examine the issues of civil rights and diversity in both historical and contemporary contexts within each state.
