Carol Robertson López

Director of Development, The Tishman Group

Carol Robertson Lopez is the Director of Development for The Tishman Group, providing development services for affordable housing projects in New Mexico. She has also worked for the New Mexico Department of Transportation in Santa Fe as Procurement Services Bureau Chief and General Services Bureau Chief. She received her B.S. in Secondary Education, Social Studies from Edinboro University, Edinboro, Pennsylvania and a M.A in Educational Management and Development from New Mexico State University. Lopez received the 2004 Governor’s Award for Outstanding New Mexico Women. She was appointed by Governor Bill Richardson to serve on the Economic Development Commission and is on the Board of Directors for the International Folk Art Museum. She was the Mayor Pro Tempore and City Councilor for the City of Santa Fe from March 1998 through March 2006. In 2004, Lopez served as President of the New Mexico Municipal League.
