The Japanese American National Museum is a striking venue located in the historic district of the Little Tokyo section in Downtown Los Angeles, close to the Los Angeles Convention Center and hotels.
The Pavilion blends traditional Japanese influences with contemporary American design, resulting in a gracious, elegant and inviting setting for intimate receptions or grand celebrations.

George and Sakaye Aratani Central HallThis impressive space has high ceilings, a striking wall of windows, and a dramatic view of the National Museum’s Historic Building. Ideal for larger reception or sit-down banquets, the room is also equipped with audio-visual capabilities, including large screen video display, lighting and sound system.

Manabi and Sumi Hirasaki Family GardenThe stone and water garden provides a beautiful setting for smaller receptions.

Weingart Foundation Garden FoyerOverlooking the Manabi and Sumi Hirasaki Family Garden and adjacent to the George and Sakaye Aratani Central Hall, the Weingart Foundation Garden Foyer is perfect for pre-event receptions.

National Center for the Preservation of DemocracyThe National Center for the Preservation of Democracy spaces, which include the Tateuchi Democracy Forum and the Democracy Lab, are also available. The National Center is an educational program of the Japanese American National Museum. |
