A woman, Mine Okubo, watches two men play a game of goh on a bench outside barrack 16. The two men, both in wide-brimmed hats, sit on the bench with the board and game pieces, in a bowl, placed between them. A third man, with his back to the viewer, watches while seated on a folding stool.

Drawings for the book, Citizen 13660, began as sketches and drawings created by Okubo while incarcerated at Tanforan and Topaz to tell faithful friends about camp life and were intended for exhibition purposes. Drawing is on page 105 of book.
