Description

Stretched and framed.

Portrait of Sugimoto, the artist, surrounded by his paintings. Dressed in a white short-sleeve, collared shirt with a pink item in left pocket and wearing a black beret, Sugimoto looks directly at viewer over his left shoulder. He holds a palette with a palette cup in his right hand, facing a canvas with his signature, "H. Sugimoto." A framed still life and landscape hang in the background. Another painting sits in the back.
