Studio portrait of three boys, Bob, Ray and John Kawaguchi, California, January 23, 1957. Two younger boys sit in front, each holding a sheet in front of them; John, left, is in a light colored suit, Ray, right, wears a dark suit, ring and a wristwatch. Older boy, Bob, stands in back, leaning forward with his hand on the shoulders of the younger boys. All three look to the R of viewer.

Typed on original negative envelope: Kawaguchi, Mr. Bob, Ray, John -- three together.

History
The three brothers all became student body presidents of Virgil Junior High School as the youngest was voted at the time of the photograph. (10.23.2007 cht)
