Rundberg, chairman of Los Angeles-Nagoya Sister City committee, from the City Park and Recreation Department to ship to the Higashiyama Botanical garden in Nagoya for its new wing of its main hothouse, at Los Angeles City Hall, Los Angeles, California, October 23, 1961.
