Man in hat and three leis stands in the middle of a dirt road at Rohwer concentration camp, Rowher, Arkansas, 1943. There is a large flower pinned to his sweater vest. He holds a jacket, a paper bag and a folder or clipboard under his proper left arm. Barracks extend from CR to CL background. Three women walk away from viewer in distance. Another person's shadow is visible on the ground at BR.
