Asobi at JANM: Paint by Numbers Flat Plants with Scout Regalia

About the Event

Join Makoto Mizutani and Benjamin Luddy of Scout Regalia to create “paint by numbers” SR Flat Plants! Participants will create a flat plant made of intersecting plywood and easy-to-paint guidelines for the ultimate no-maintenance houseplant.

Enjoy food from East Los Musubi and drinks from Sanzo and Brewyard Beer Company, available for purchase.

All guests must be over the age of 21 with valid, physical photo ID. Workshops are suitable for all skill levels and all materials and technical assistance will be provided by JANM.

Makoto Mizutani and Benjamin Ludd of Scout Regalia

Established in 2008 with Benjamin Luddy and Makoto Mizutani, Scout Regalia is a multitasking design practice obsessed with the design and fabrication of space, furniture, products, and interiors. Scout Regalia means “humble ornament,” an homage to finding the splendor in something simple, or celebrating the inherent design of everyday living.
