Celebrate Museum Store Sunday with the JANM Store’s unique pop-up event featuring select items from the store. Yoko Maeda Lamn of HAKKO will have products like artisan koji, miso, and shoyu, and a demonstration and tasting of their pressed kioke (wooden barrel) soy sauce.

In celebration of Museum Store Sunday, non-members will receive a 10% discount on applicable items at the pop-up event.

Yoko Maeda Lamn
Yoko Lamn is the founder of HAKKO, which blends traditional Japanese fermented foods—such as koji, miso, soy sauce, and amazake—with modern lifestyles through curated products, workshops, and events. As a fermentation instructor, her mission is to preserve Japan’s time-honored fermentation traditions while reimagining them for the future.
